- Makes six 6 oz. salmon filets or one 2-3 lb. side of salmon
- Firmly press spice mixture into salmon.
- Pour marinade over salmon and refrigerate for 20 minutes to 2 hours
- Bake at 350 degrees – 10 to 15 minutes for 6 oz. portion, 20 – 25 minutes for a side of salmon
